Our Past, Our Foundation

Founders Photo.jpg

Founded in 2009 by Mr. Valmik Nikhade, PVN Transformers emerged from a practical idea in the bustling Ambad district, the site of what is now our head office. Mr. Nikhade, at the helm of Triveni Constructions, played a pivotal role in a transformative GIS scheme by the Maharashtra Government. This ambitious project aimed to construct 10,000 homes, with Triveni Constructions being entrusted to build around one-third of these, a testament to the company's capability and trustworthiness.

Faced with the need for around 500 transformers to power these expansive construction projects, Mr. Nikhade envisioned a solution not just for his immediate needs but for a broader clientele including builders, electrical contractors, farmers, and government electricity boards. This marked the birth of PVN Transformers, a venture that started as an in-house requirement but quickly expanded its horizon to serve a growing market.

Today, We're
Stronger and Better

Tragically, just six months after its inception, Mr. Nikhade passed away in 2010. The company navigated through a challenging period until 2012, when Mr. Parag Nikhade took the helm when he was just 18 years old. With keen insight and decisive leadership, he not only resolved existing challenges but also set the company on a path of scalability and robust growth.

Under Mr. Parag Nikhade's stewardship, PVN Transformers has witnessed an impressive 30% year-over-year growth. Today, the company boasts a sprawling new plant over 2.5 acres, with a built-up area of 25,000 sq ft, signifying not just growth in size but also in ambition and capability. PVN Transformers stands as a testament to visionary leadership and the relentless pursuit of excellence in the energy sector.
